Two varieties of potato available. A yellow potato great for mashing and a purple one great for roasting. Both from our friends at Tangerini’s Farm.
A pre-1880s heirloom, crisp and sweet on the inside and slightly spicy on the skin. Great along with carrots, potatoes, and onions for a roast or stew on a cool night.
Add a peppery spice to a salad. Also, seriously great on sandwiches. This planting got a little roughed up from the snow but has grown back pretty nice. And spicy!
Tasty tomatoes from the tunnel, and tastier heirlooms from the field with names like Cherokee Purple, Cosmonaut Volkov, Rose de Berne, Aunt Ruby’s Green, Orange Banana Plum, Gold Medal and more.
