Raspberries are cranking right now – far more than we’re able to sell. Fortunately they freeze great and we’re constantly adding to our freezer collection. :We ate them all last winter in pancakes, waffles and early this summer in smoothies, but we ran into raspberry picking time with still more in the freezer…so I decided to not hoard this season’s abundance. About 1.5 half pints fit in a pint jar, so you’ll be getting more for less money than fresh. Bonus bring me some mason jars!
