Our goal at Potter Hill Farm is to create a robust agricultural ecosystem in which to raise nutritious vegetables and livestock in a manner that builds the fertility of the soil, adds vitality to the local community, and beautifies the landscape.
At Potter Hill, we have a 2-acre market garden in which we grow a mix of heirloom vegetables, flowers, and cover crops. We have a small herd of beef cattle, which we graze intensively over 25 acres of hillside pasture. We are certified organic and go beyond those standards by not spraying any pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides on our farm.
