Late heirloom leeks, fat and hearty. Something I aspire to. The blue-green leaves turn blue-purple after some cold weather. Good for storage, mild flavor.
Sweeeeeeet! Taters! Soooo good roasted. I’ve been skipping the pans and roasting them straight on the oven racks (only longer taters are good candidates). They come out like that fried plantain texture I crave.
Potter Hill grown garlic – delicious! “The bee’s knees” according to one happy customer. At this point, it’s somewhere between fresh and cured garlic but yummy no matter how you slice it. Order as single heads, no longer bunched in 3s and priced accordingly.
