Fresh cilantro, great in curries and salsa. Our favorite thing to do with cilantro lately is making cilantro pesto to go with tacos and burritos. The garlic scapes would be perfect for a cilantro pesto too!

    Raspberries are cranking right now – far more than we’re able to sell. Fortunately they freeze great and we’re constantly adding to our freezer collection. :We ate them all last winter in pancakes, waffles and early this summer in smoothies, but we ran into raspberry picking time with still more in the freezer…so I decided to not hoard this season’s abundance. About 1.5 half pints fit in a pint jar, so you’ll be getting more for less money than fresh. Bonus bring me some mason jars!
