First honey of the season from the hives on our farm! From the bee guy who also sells at the Grafton market.
1 pound jars of Potter Hill produced honey. The beekeeper said based on the color it is mostly wildflower honey, but surely there’s veggie flower pollen in there too as I see honeybees all the time in the garden. They also have a 2 mile radius, so I imagine many of you have seen them too!

We have an excess of cherry tomatoes, so Farmer Meredith roasted some for your enjoyment. Goes great in any pasta – we put some in our mac and cheese and it added a delightful sweetness.
Quick pickled (not fermented) pickled Potter Hill and Tangerini’s cucumbers and scapes with a kick. Ingredients:

White Vinegar, Water, Sea Salt & Peppercorns
