Yummy purple potatoes, some quite large. If you get some cracking or even a hole in the middle, do not worry – it’s called hollow heart and is caused by uneven moisture. It’s also harmless and perfectly safe to eat. I just cooked up the biggest ones (most likely to have hollow heart) and they were enjoyed by all!

$3.50 / bunchYoung garlic – look and taste very similar to normal scallions. Mild enough for raw in salads (my wife is very sensitive to strong garlic flavors and she enjoyed it in our first Potter Hill salad of the season). Delicious and plentiful, eat up!
