The perfect base for any soup, homemade with Potter Hill chicken bones. For years I’ve been in the habit of making stock with the chicken carcass and freezing it whenever we eat chicken. Now that we eat more chicken (since we raised them), I noticed the stock is piling up and thought I could share the goodness. Comes frozen in at least 15oz jars (variable), and very rich. Depending on the day, there might also be onions, carrots, garlic, etc tossed in the pot. Bones removed, but far from filtered. We use it as is but I suppose you could pour it through a sieve if you wanted.
