Beautiful savoy green heads of cabbage. Perfect for slaw, the ruffles will catch all that dressing. Last cabbage variety until the fall.

Add a peppery spice to a salad. Also, seriously great on sandwiches. Probably the largest arugula I’ve ever grown so it’s not subtle, but “OMG amazing” according to a recent customer.
Fresh cilantro, great in curries and salsa. Our favorite thing to do with cilantro lately is making cilantro pesto to go with tacos and burritos. The tops of the onions would be perfect in pesto too!
Summer spinach, like a cross between chard and spinach. Not as tender as our spring and fall spinach, but just as tasty.
