This leafy broccolini is a Brazilian variety called Piricicaba. Very tender and sweet, it is great raw or cooked. If you’re going to cook it, go easy – a quick stir fry, blanching, or steaming is all it needs. And yes – eat the leaves, too!
A personal favorite, try tossing this hot steamed broccoli with some fresh minced garlic, a bit of soy sauce, and a bit of toasted sesame oil.
