Pastured Pork Share

A share in our Pastured Pork CSA is equivalent to a 1/2 pig. The CSA is a one-time bulk pickup in the fall. CSA members give us a large deposit on their share, and this helps us to cover the up-front costs associated with raising the animals.

Although our animals are still on pasture at Potter Hill, the pork CSA this year is being run from Jeff’s new farm in Northwood, NH. Please check out the Pork CSA page at the Short Creek Farm website for more information.
